As we operate distinctly different funds, Real Estate, Hotels, Aviation and Venture Capital, it is important that investors share with us their level of risk appetite. Typically, our Real Estate fund is of a medium risk nature and our Venture Capital fund has the highest associated risk whilst the Hotels present the most conservative approach to investment. With the added risks is the potential to earn higher returns in shorter time frames but this may not suit all investors.
