Through our major funding partners we are able to arrange traditional debt or equity funding to more complex structured finance products. All propositions seeking funding should be able to demonstrate commercial viability and have a strong management team being in place.

As part of an international investment and private equity firm Isis Group Financial Services is able to offer and provide a number of solutions for financing your project or transaction. As well as the traditional areas of funding such as real estate development we are also able to fund renewable energy projects and commodity transactions.

We work with major funding institutions and other private equity firms and we are able to structure financial products which would ordinarily not be available to most project sponsors such as insurance wraps and securitised bond financing which in certain circumstances can provide up to 100% of the required funds.

We also have access to various financial instruments such as bank guarantees, SBLC’s, Proof of Funds available for purchase and lease; these instruments can be used in certain situations to assist with project finance and credit enhancement.

We also work with an international fund that is able to provide finance for infrastructure and large scale development projects subject to the project sponsors being able to obtain a sovereign or government guarantee, up to 100% of the required costs can be funded in this manner.
